THE COMPANY
Hitachi Air Conditioning Products (Phils.) Inc. is the result of a merger between the two companies: Taiwan Hitachi (Subic), Inc. and Hitachi Air Conditioning Sales (Phils.) Inc. on January 3, 2005 with a combined capital of 288 million pesos.
Taiwan Hitachi (Subic),Inc.
was founded in September 12,1996 and was officially opened last
April 7,1998. Primarily engage to manufacture and sell home appliances
and air conditioner. It is located in Industrial Park Phase II,Subic
Bay Freeport Zone, with an ideal location for it is only a 10-minute
drive to the international airport and the seaport that has modern
facilities for transportation.
The company is located on
a 65,000 square meter site with the buildingoccupying 13,000 square
meters. Investment for Hitachi (Subic) is 100% financed by Taiwan
Hitachi Co.,Ltd.,the 1st and largest air conditioning manufacturing
company both in Taiwan and in Japan. It is formed with a capital
fund of 280 million pesos.
Taiwan Hitachi (Subic),Inc. produces
air conditioning products like the Self-Contained Air Conditioners,Air-cooling
Chiller Unit, Room Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner,and
Fan Coil Unit,which mostly are being exported.
